Each car hanging is designed for a rear-view mirror: a bead chain or braided cord with a loop that slips over the mirror stem, finished with a carved cinnabar ornament and silk tassel. The product page lists the exact hanging configuration of each piece.
Yes — the carved ornaments are cinnabar, combined with bead chains, silk tassels and braided cords as listed on each product page. The Pixiu Guardian Pair is a hand-carved cinnabar statue set for the home.
Standard delivery is 12–20 days, counted from the day our partner supplier dispatches your order. Every order ships with tracked delivery and you receive a tracking number. Severe weather, customs inspections or carrier disruptions can add delays.
Contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order to agree a return first — unapproved returns are not accepted. You pay the return shipping. Once the item arrives and passes inspection undamaged, we issue the refund within 24 hours. PayPal dispute rights are unaffected.
Keep it out of prolonged direct sun and extreme heat. Dust the carving with a soft dry cloth and keep tassels dry. Natural cinnabar varies slightly in color and texture — that is normal.
