Every cinnabar piece at ZenWrist is hand-carved — cut, shaped and polished by hand, which is why no two pieces are exactly alike. We work with cinnabar (mercury sulfide, HgS) and natural companion materials — beeswax, Hetian jade, Nanhong agate and gemstones — and every product page lists its exact materials and fixed bead size.

How the 99 pieces are chosen: every design is hand-selected for carving quality and material honesty before it is listed. We work directly with our suppliers, photograph the actual pieces, and record exact materials, dimensions and fixed bead sizes on each product page.

We source from suppliers we work with directly and describe only what we can verify: color, craftsmanship and materials. We make no claims about mineral content percentages, list no certifications we do not hold, and never invent reviews.

Before choosing

Measure your wrist for a comfortable fit

Use a soft tape to find your wrist circumference, then compare it with the bracelet measurements shown on the product page.

  1. Wrap a soft tape around the wrist where the bracelet will sit.
  2. Keep it close to the skin without pulling it tight; note where the tape meets zero.
  3. Add about 0.5–1 cm for a close fit or 1–1.5 cm for a looser fit.

After purchase

Adjust a cord-strung bracelet

Work slowly over a clear tray so loose beads cannot roll away. This method is only for cord-strung designs that can be opened and retied.

  1. Photograph the bead order, then loosen or carefully open the cord end shown in the video.
  2. Remove or add beads evenly while keeping the original motif centered.
  3. Rethread and secure the cord with a firm double knot; test it gently before wearing.

Small parts and sharp tools require care. Keep them away from children. For rigid, carved, or complex pieces, ask a jeweler to adjust the fit.

If you start a return after 48 hours but within the 7-day window, return shipping is paid by the buyer. Automatic refunds are prohibited. Any refund may be issued only after both parties have discussed and confirmed it, and once we have received the returned item and inspection confirms it is undamaged, the agreed refund will be issued within 24 hours.
